Herberg “De Speelman” hosted many Grand Prix tournaments. The van Wanrooij team played here, featuring (over the years) Dielis, Blomdahl, Sayginer, Sánchez and others. Last but not least: this was the actual home of Jean van Erp! His parents owned the room.
